- Q: “When should I replace my car tires?”
A: Replace your car tires when you notice bald edges and wear bars. If you’re noticing these indications on any of your four car tires, you should bring your car into our Toyota Service Center in Orlando for new car tires. There are some signs that your car tires need replacement that an untrained eye may not catch, including: dry rot, separation, and bubbling.
2. Q: “What does the tire light on my dashboard mean?”
A: People often panic when they see a light turn on on their dashboard, but there’s no need. Most often, your tire light will come on when the tire pressure drops inside one of your car tires. Low tire pressure can be easily remedied with a tire pressure gauge and compressed air – or you can stop by our Toyota Service Center in Orlando! It’s recommended to check your tire pressure at least once a month – and to check the condition of your spare tire.
3. Q: “Why does my car vibrate at high speeds?”
A: If you’re noticing vibration or increased road noise while you’re driving at high speeds, your tires are worn and on their way to needing replacement. As tires wear, and wear unevenly, the vibration in your car and steering wheel increase.
4. Q: “How do you fix my tire problem?”
A: At our Toyota Service Center in Orlando, our expert auto service techs will perform a visual inspection of all four tires. They will looks for tears, rips, wear, bubbles, or even debris stuck in the tread. The techs will also do a suspension check and test drive your vehicle to verify which tire is giving you the issue!
